Jesse completed a Juris Doctor from the University of New South Wales and is admitted to the Supreme Court of New South Wales. Prior to becoming a solicitor, Jesse was a medical doctor, and he has a Master of Surgery and a Bachelor of Medicine, both from Shanghai Jiao Tong University in China.
